If you simply change your mind about the item you have bought from us online, you can return it to us for a refund within 14 days from the date of dispatch. If the pallet has not been unpacked, and you don’t like what you see then we will collect it and we will cover the cost to bring it back. With Sheds2Go it is a no fuss, free returns policy.

If you unpack the shed from the pallet, and then choose to return the shed, then you would have to cover the courier charge. You would need to arrange the return back to our manufacturing hub or if you can put back on the pallet we can arrange for the collection and deduct the cost of the return from the refund. The cost of the return will depend on your location and size of building so please contact us if you would like to know the cost for us to collect it.

Please note:

Any delivery surcharges you have paid (such as Saturday delivery, or a timed delivery) will not be refunded.
Once your item has been returned it will be checked to ensure it is all there and in a condition which can be resold. If we deem that the product is not in a resalable condition then we shall deduct a reasonable amount to cover any costs to use or return them to you.

Should you wish to exchange the building then please contact us and we can advise costs depending on the building and your location.
